Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- All included accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Products showing signs of use, wear, misuse, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return
Accepted Returns
The Cupboard accepts returns for both:
- Defective products
- Non-defective products
We also accept exchanges for eligible items.

Our support team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid downloadable return shipping label.
Return Shipping Costs
The Cupboard provides free return shipping labels for approved returns.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs if the return does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
Restocking Fees
The Cupboard does not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges are processed promptly once the returned item is received and approved. Replacement items will be shipped as quickly as possible depending on product availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be canceled or modified before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process described above.
